Assessment
The Staff Development Committee conducts a comprehensive needs assessment for staff during the fall semester in order to coordinate program interests and training needs for the academic year. The needs assessment tool is distributed, via email link, through the Student Affairs Listserv and provides feedback from staff regarding:
- Sponsored Events and Programs
- Inservice Education Session Topics and Presenters
- Staff Awards and Recognition
- Other Comments, Recommendations, and/or Suggestions
